What Causes Change?
This is a very difficult question to answer. Most of the things I can think of are just examples. However, I was reading through some of our old notes for inspiration and found a couple of good answers. The first one is gravity. Gravity changes how a object would naturally act. Without gravity a chair would sort of "float" but with gravity it is held to the ground. Another, more specific, answer is weak force. Weak force helps a neutron change into a proton and electron. These are the two examples that I can think of. After reading Chelsey's blog I agree that time could also cause change. If time would stop nothing would change and the world would just stand still.

you've got some great points and brought up some things i didnt even think about before. i think youre off to a great start but what about other types of changes? for example what causes changes in things like music/art or what about nature? and (how) does the weak force/gravity change plants or ideas or technology.
To tell you the truth I am not sure. This is a really confusing topic for me. Does anybody else have any ideas?
Temperature also can cause change. For example it can change a liquid to a solid or gas.
